Our Founders
Our founders combine careers in corporate strategy and macro risk, bringing experience leading firms in management consulting, global macro analysis, political risk, and country research.
Johan Gott
With expertise in macro trends and their impact on business, Johan specializes in top-line strategy, supply chain, and procurement.
Prior to co-founding PRISM, Johan was a principal at management consultancy Kearney. He has also worked at the World Economic Forum and think tank Global Business Policy Council.
George Coe
George brings extensive experience in strategy and emerging trends, having advised nearly all major US tech companies.
Prior to co-founding PRISM, George advised clients on CEO-agenda global issues at Kearney. He also played a key role in building the consulting practice at Eurasia Group, the world's oldest political risk advisory firm.
